General
In the unlikely event of any of goods being faulty, you can return them for an exchange or refund if within 7 days. The goods must be unused & in their original packaging & postage will be paid by the purchaser. Responsibility rests with the purchaser until the items have been received by us. This is our guarantee to you.
You are also covered by the Distance Selling Regulations – this means that after purchase you have 7 days to change your mind and you are entitled to a refund. You MUST email us in the first instance and obtain a returns number. This is so we can monitor your return. In order to qualify for a full refund the goods must be unused & in their original packaging & suitable for resale – in other words they must be unused & you must not have given them a trial run ! We DO NOT refund postage and it is your responsibilty to ensure they arrive with us in a timely fashion undamaged.
You still have your statutory rights in addition to the above.

Ordering
Use the department or shop by brand from the menu on the left hand side of the screen. You can then click on the desired product and add it to you shopping basket. Remember some products, for example bronze brushes, allow you to choose size. Once added to you basket the items can also be removed if you make a mistake.
To pay for your item you need to proceed to the checkout. We will ask you certain details in order to process your order – it is necessary for you to prrovide as much information as possible. Please always provide a telephone number as well & its important to remember that we MAY need to pass this on to whoever delivers your goods. Please make sure that your details are correct particularly your postcode. All our deliveries need to be made during the working day and a signature of safe receipt is usually required. Please BEAR THIS IN MIND when ordring. If no one is in to sign then you may have to visit a sorting office orr courier to collect your item. We cannot take any responsibility in the event of this happening. We also reserve the right to pass on any costs that are incurred for failed delivery. This is particularly important when we send goods by courier.
At the checkout you will be asked to prrovide card details – the cards we accept are displayed on our homepage. If you need to pay by another means then please do not buy over the internet but email us or call on 01983 523352 during shop hours. We can normally help you.
Once you plac an order you can cancel at anytime before dispatch – please note that as this can be time critical it is important to telephone us on 01983 523352 in the first instance. Please also follow this up by email.
We aim to advise you of this by email or telephone within 24 hours. If necessary we also reserve the right to substitute a similar usually higher priced item although this is unusual. Please also be aware that sometimes our supplies change the packaging of products from what is illustrated on these pages – this is beyond our control but if there is a significant difference we will normally contact you first by email or at the telephone.
When you return to shop in the future, simply click on the Sign In link at the top of any page to log in (depending on how you have set your preferences when registering we may identify you automatically). Once you have logged in you can view your order history (including receipts) and change your personal details at any time.

Its therefore important that is you are unhappy for any reason you contact us in the first instance by email. If you find it necessary to return an item then follow our returns procedure and we will provide a refund or a replacement. We are usually available at the telephone from 0900 to 1700 daily but note that the shop is shut on Thursdays & Sundays. If you don't inform us we cannot help you !
